Submit digital and color references.• Describe exactly how you want it in as much detail as possible, be patient and polite as I have the right to refuse if I don't feel comfortable.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Payment• All commissions must be paid after the sketch is submitted.• Payment must be made by Paypal or PIX/Pic Pay for Brazilians.• Promotions contain deadlines and can be rotated, so be aware of dates and notices.• I do not accept other payment methods.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Process• After finishing the sketch, I will send it for your evaluation, so that changes can be suggested if necessary.• The sketch is a crucial step as it is the step where I can switch the drawing without additional charges, after which only small details without the extra payment.• Drawing production time can range from 1 week to over a month, due to personal factors such as order queue, queue order, commission size, college and my health. So be patient.• Any unforeseen issues will be notified as soon as possible.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Customer Satisfaction• For your satisfaction, cooperation is extremely important when placing the order, especially in communication, making the order as clear as possible with a detailed description and references so that the committee can leave as desired and do not waste time asking questions during the design.• I will not be responsible for the result if the client does not communicate and clearly convey his idea, if he does not like the final result.• I always seek customer satisfaction, so I will do my best to deliver on time and get what the customer asked for right.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Copyright/ Usage Policy• As the creator of the design, I have all rights to the design, therefore any claim to authorship must refer to me as the creator.• Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted art for promotion, dissemination or exhibition according to my will, of course always referring to the client if so desired.• If you do not want us to use your commission on a portfolio, a fee will be charged on the order.• The commissioner shall only use the art for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless an agreement is reached.• If you violate copyright infringement in any way, all your rights to the design will be withdrawn.• When using my art in a commercial way, be it logos, t-shirts, stickers, prints or any other marketable things, do not remove my signature.• Always give credit to the artist.• On all commissions DO NOT REMOVE my watermark or subscription.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Canceling/ Refound Policy• I will be able to cancel the commission if I feel that I cannot collect the commission for some reason, then you will receive a refund according to the progress made.• If I have not started you will receive a full refund if you have paid in advance.• After receiving the final commission you have no right to demand a refund or cancel the commission.• If the customer takes a long time to communicate or make payment, I can cancel the commission and delete the submitted design.• If you make a chargeback directly to me, your entitlement to all artwork made for you will be withdrawn and you will no longer be able to hire me.
